appalling service

the service i received from the ladies and the gentlemen at woolworths trenery section at east-gate was appalling never before have i ever received such bad service then blamed for expecting customer service ,this was after i had returned a pair of chinos which didn't fit properly and had explained to the lady that i purchased the items with my debit card and would like a cash refund instead she reversed it to my store card account and when i asked for assistance for the transaction to be returned was told there's nothing they could do instead of sorting out they mistake then ask me to call accounts and try and sort out the matter myself as it is beyond they control , people do make mistakes i understand but i did not even get an apology for the inconveniency nor did they even try and resolve the matter :-(
