Appalling online Delivery Service

I have been expecting delivery from yesterday’s, tj date the driver keeps asking for the address never shows up. He contacted me on the 12th to ask whether I live in a complex or not and today again h did the same and I received a sms confirming yesterday’s receipt. It is really appalling to get notifications with no follow through. Pathetic service
