Appalling Customer etiquette

I was angry the way Noklunga Buthelezi treated me at Woolworths west street Durban, she wanted me to greet her even though she wasn't paying attention to me at first , when I refused she continued to say it was up to me if I rep**** or not, she was loud and tried to make me look stupid and lacking of manner , she then continued to discuss me with her colleague working next to while serving me .Her manager Octavia warned her that I could hear her .This cashiers attitude and demeanor suck big time.. , I ended loosing my apatite for shopping ,I was disgusted that I almost ended up in an unnecessary argument
