Appalled by service on my size change

<p>After returning to the store 3 times for 1 simple return on a pair of pants to my dismay I was turned away my a supervisor Lee ann. The pants are clearly a product of the store and I don't even want a return I want a size change as they are one size too big. I do not understand how something so simple can cause 1 customer so much inconvenience. </p> <p>Disheartened by the overall service today</p>
