Appaling service from Woolworths Centurion Mall

I had the worst service from Pretty at the Woolworths Centurion Mall, where I requested assistance with one of their products at the customer service desk, where she told me she wouldn't help and i should go to the information desk! Service desk is where they have all the information so why would i be sent from one desk to the next just because she was just not interested in assisting! It would appear they have no sense of what customer service is and i am so appalled by the Woolworths staff.
