apalling service

Good Day

I am very disappointed and really let down by Woolworths and just to think I held you at such high regard a very reputable institution but anyway it is what it is I guess and I say this because I was called on Saturday and I told the lady at Sandton Woolworths that the flowers should be delivered to Investec, Grayston drive she even wrote it down and now 2 days later my flowers are still not delivered yet I have paid. w
