Another Bad Experience at Woolworths Cornubia

I called Woolworths Cornubia Mall - Durban to check if they still have stock on the Krone and Lunato 75% off special. Roselyn or Rose, who answered the switchboard told me that, yes, they do have stock but it it limited. I drove to Woolworths after my call and only to be told that they did not have stock since yesterday.

I have wasted my time + petrol driving to the shop for nothing. I don't understand why Roselyn/Rose is proudly providing incorrect information to the customers.

Woolworths always potray that there are good in service but their service is pathetic and it is getting worse.
