Annoyed customer

All I can say i I received the worst customer service ever,made an order online however it was taken back and I was advised that I will get my refund and started talking to them via email but each time u speak with some1 its like they starting your query from the start its been 2 month still have not received my gift voucher,I call m told it was sent to another number which on email I did specify the number does not work m frastrated and m annoyed by this
