Annoyed by Woolworths service

Woolworth online services is very poor. I ordered home stuff online and. I had four packages but only to were received. Their services are very poor they don’t communicate unless you call them. I know have to get a refund due to out of stock and waiting for 21 days to get my money annoys the hell out of me.
