Annoyed by woolworths late delivery

Very annoyed by Woolworths. Placed an order on Monday and they told me that they were going to deliver by Thursday and today its Friday I still haven't received my order. They still send me mails asking if I still want the order to be processed...ofcourse I want the order to be processed that's why ordered the stuff in the first place. The most annoying part of it all is that this is gift and i'm never gonna deliver it on time. Thanks for nothing Woolworths
