Annoyed and angry

I took out a Woolworth's credit card sometime last year and I specifically asked that they debit my account on the last day of the month. All of sudden they stopped debiting the account and they calling to let me know my account is in arrears and I was handed over to Ford Attorneys for not paying the account and they changed my debit order date to the 15th or sometimes in the middle of the month, where am i going to get the money at that time. I want them to have my name removed from the attorneys and I hope this doesn't affect my ITC Check. I have made a payment of 1000 yesterday as I always pay the account with large amounts. I want them to fix the debit order date and start debiting even if I paid the amount still as per agreement. Im not sure about the branch but I took out the account in Sandton however i was called by 3 Consultant from Head office I cant remember the names.
