Annoyed

I'm at Woolworths festival mall for a laybye and this is the second time they doing this....stood there in a queue for also 30 mins... there's no sign that says no laybye till further notice...u have to stand there so they could tell you when you get to tills, owk no laybye till when....I don know further notice....when is further notice....hhai man
