Annoyed ?

I bought a box of wines on the 26th of July , which was meant to be delivered yesterday between 14:00-17:00pm. No delivery was made , No telephone call to say there’s a delay on their side. I called their contact centre , the agent said I should wait until 20:00pm. I waited , even now I’m still waiting. Went to my nearest store - was told stories from the contact centre. Very disappointed with their service , the whole conduct lacks professionalism. ?
