ANGRY! Woolworths Financial Services & their attorneys

My Husband and I are wanting to purchase our first property, in line with this, we are working through a bond originator, and are doing this to establish qualification in terms of our financials. Part of the process is that an ITC report is required for both of us. We both get given a credit score based on our track record.

To my horror I was given a poor credit score based on outstanding amounts owing to Woolworths. To my understanding being handed over to attorneys (Mooney Ford) and then paying every month a certain amount agreed, that my ITC payment history was updated every month, but it is not so, my report is showing non payment and +150 days in arrears

This has now had a huge impact on the interest rate which the banks are willing to give us on a bond. Therefore it is unacceptable that this is reflecting on my Credit Score Payment History, which is not my error. I have been paying monthly on the 1st since October 2016 this is not reflected on my Credit Score

This was for a debt turned over of R 9072.57. I have paid a total in debit orders of R 8200.00 and an EFT of R 2572.00 which is a total of 10 772.00

I have phoned the call centre, with no joy, and this is now my third email to Woolworths, in 2 weeks with absolutely no response to the previous mails. I have received 2 letters from Woolworth stating I have paid in full , but no one has responded in relation to the fact that the Payment History is not reflecting the truth (this is the larger issue)!

I require, for the bond originator, a letter stating the true fact that the Payment History for my ITC Credit Score was not updated on a regular basis. No response from anyone!
