Bad online order service, I placed an order online to have it delivered to the store which the app gave me as an option to select, Westgate shopping centre, I received notification stating that my order had been delivered to the store

So I made my way on there , where the staff were rude and unhelpful only to be told that the store does not do online deliveries when the app gave me an option to choose the store

order was placed on the 4th of December and delivered on the 11th , I called customer service to enquire and I was told that I would have to order the stuff again to my inconveneince and its now the 18th and I still dont have my order and no feedback was given or any means made to contact me regarding the order

I need those clothes delivered or my money back o*** is my order number

My issue is still not resolved , you guys delivered to the wrong address again after I called in last week friday to have it changed to my home address, your calls are recorded listen to your recordings , I need my childs clothes today, I cannot wait any longer because of your staffs incompetence , I want my money or the clothes today , you guys are very unprofessional I have to use my own resources to contact you and correct mistakes that you made, fix your stupid app and remove wetgate mall from the selected options cause you guys dont fuceken deliver there but have it as an option, now I am inconvenienced cause of your *********** staff and stupid app , I want my cjilds clothes delivered today or my money back

and again you have made no effort to contact you still have the wrong number captured on the system and address after I called in 100 times to amend it and still not done me just sent me ur stupid cold robotic email that shows no empathy or care for its customers wooltowrths is ****
