Angry customer

I ordered items online and booked a delivery slot for today(8 Dec 2017) for 10h00 to 13h00. My delivery did not arrive. I spent 20 mins on the phone with the call centre(who is going to compensate me for this phone call). I was told than my package was not dispatched. It is totally unacceptable and horrible service. Woolworths online is always a disappointment!
