Angry and frustrated

I've been to Woolworths at Port Elizabeth Greenacres I bought a boot at Woolworths Greenacres I wore the boot and I found out it's uncomfortable I bring it back and I was told by the manager that he is not going to take it I must rather take the boot to the shoe maker to make broad so that it can fit my feet I am so angry because their policy is 60 days and me it was only a day and my question how can I know that the boot is uncomfortable if I didn't wear I don't know what to do cos I can't keep the boot that I am not gonna wear it as they don't want to take it back
