Andisani's Exceptional Customer Service - Hyde Park

On February 4th, 2025, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Andisani at Woolworths Hyde Park. I was searching for the Manna Kids Lunch Pot, but unfortunately, it was out of stock at their location. Andisani kindly took my contact information and assured me she would inform me once she located a store with availability.

Within an hour, I received a call from Andisani, notifying me that the product was available at the Woolworths store in Rosebank. I immediately drove there and was able to purchase the last two units. While in line at the checkout, Andisani called once again to ensure I had successfully found the Lunch Pot.
