******** and disrespectful teller.

Disregard of clients. I went into Centurion Mall Woolworths. The food side. I took few items then went to the till. I was called to till number 2. I went then asked the cashier if she takes cash. She No(with attitude by the way), I kept and she said I must move to till 3. I then went and I was helped by Daphney. Very friendly she assisted me. That was 14:29 on the 03/02/26 the lady was sitting in the right hand side of Daphney. Now this lady calls next customer and the customer comes. She says (the teller) to the customer you look confused. The lady(the customer) she says yes because I am asking myself what is this payment you are talking about. The cashier says, I was asking are you paying cash or card. The customer laughs and says who still pays cash in 2026, The cashier laughs along imagine. Who still carries money around. I felt so disrespected. I had money in my account but I felt I am paying for something small I might as well use cash. I have always thought Woolworths is the best shop ever today I got to understand why are all these complaints I always see on social media.
