We have been involved in an armed ******* at our house where my purse with all my cards were ******. Jet replaced my card immediately on the spot. Mr Price replaced my card immediately on the spot. My bank replaced my card immediately in the spot. My husband ****** Makro card were replaced immediately on the spot. Woolworths, the supposed quality brand name in SA, will take 10 to 15 work days and you will not be able to buy anything on your account untill the card is received instore. I couldnt believe my ears!!!! In this day and age Woolworths of all places makes their clients wait two weeks for a replaced card. Really I have no words!
