An amazing customer experience!!!

A month or so ago, I had the most wonderful experience at Woolworths Jabulani. I kept forgetting to compliment. I was struggling so much with two children and I didn't even have a trolley as these were finished. A great, dark skinned short lady (apologies I forgot her name), helped me get a trolley because she could see how much I was struggling. She truly went out of her way to me comfortable and ensure all my groceries are manageable. I appreciate this !!! Well done to this lady, her customer experience was amazing and well done Woolies !!!
