An absolute disgrace to the Woolworths brand!

On 25 December 2022 My sister popped into the Woolworths at Appleton Market on Malibongwe Drive, Randburg, to buy a roast chicken for a lunch we were going to. The shop was so dirty. Shelves covered in dust there was a dying fly on a dirty till point countertop. Staff not very uncaring. Despite several e-mails and phone calls since December, this matter has not been addressed. My sister asked for a Regional Manager to please contact her not just a store manager or supervisor. The store is certainly not to the high standards Woolworths supposedly has. Obviously, Woolworths does not care! My sister recently asked to speak to the client services manager of Woolworths, but this person is so protected, you are not allowed to speak to him/her.
