Amazing service from Woolworths Walmer Park

Went to Woolworths Walmer Park today. I do not normally go there as it is out of my way. The cashier was Josh Kohen and the supervisor was Charlene Francis. I had a bit of an issue. I do not have the words to describe the absolutely excellent service I received from these two individuals. They went totally out of their way to make me feel relaxed and handled the issue with absolute great professionalism. It took a little while and while I was stressing about people waiting in the queue, they made me feel absolutely relaxed and confident that these two individuals will solve any issue or challenge anyone might have. I walked out of there almost on air but with a very warm feeling of contentment from the way these two made me feel relaxed and solved the issue totally from A to Z. I can only highly recommend to their employer to take note of these names as they are seriously good at what they do.
