Amazing service

I had two amazing experiences at Hout Bay Woolworths. <br> <br> Recently I had a full trolley early in the morning when their till system bombed out. All the customers in the shop were offered coffee while we waited for the tills to come on line again. I had to leave and asked the manager to keep my trolley and to phone me when the tills were on line again. I was promptly notified when all was back to normal. When I got back to the shop my trolley had been neatly repacked, the flowers I was buying had been placed in water and the perishables had been kept in cold storage. As soon as the manager saw me walk into the store the perishables were returned to my trolley.<br> <br> Today I bought 6 large dinner plates and 6 side plates. They were neatly packed in bubble wrap and the large plates put in a plastic carry bag and the small plates in a separate bag. I then, stupidly, put the smaller plates into the bag with the larger plates. As I walked out the shop the bag handle tore and the plates dropped to the ground. It did not sound like any plates had broken. I felt quite embarrassed and picked up the bag and walked off as though nothing had happened. A staff member saw what happened and came afte
