Amazing service

Thank you Woolworths V and A Waterfront for the amazing service yesterday. I returned a boot that i bought in April as the heel of the boot broke. The consultant and the manager where both very helpful and professional. Going the extra mile to assist me. I did not have the slip however i did have a copy of my statement where the purchase reflected. They searched my account and got a copy of the receipt in order to process the refund of R899 to my account.<br> Thank you Woolworths V and A Waterfront for restoring my confidence and making me a happy customer.<br> Your Howard Centre branch was not that helpful on Saturday 26/09/2015, the manager offered to give me a refund of R1.00 as it was after the sale and the boot is no longer on the system. What a joke.
