Amazing arrogance by WFS

Woolworths Financial Services has the arrogance as big as Mt Everest. The money that was paid into the account of their collecting agency and seemed to have been lost in the system has assumably been discovered. This assumption is based on the fact that Woolworths has changed its tone of communication and its agency has stopped with its incessant calls but there has never been any official acknowledgement or a letter of confirmation for full payment from it.I only receive an email directing me to check my credit profile with TransUnion....This came after numerous emails sent to them went unanswered. This is the worst form of arrogance
