Amazing Adelaide

Adelaide that works in the beauty department of Woolworths Rosebank Mall has been amazing. A few days ago I decided to change my skincare from clarins to Elizabeth Arden; my choice ofcourse it has nothing to do with Clarins I just needed a change. I did my research and was very happy with the reviews on Elizabeth Arden. Adelaide helped me with my choices as well and yes I’m super happy. After I purchased the day cream,night cream and prevage serum everything cost me R5000. A few days after my purchase Adelaide contacts me and says that Woolworths has an offer that we get a free gift with the purchase of a moisturiser etc but she didn’t know it was me I’m assuming she called all her clients that are used to her services. Naturally I said Adelaide I wish I waited and I could of purchased it now so that I qualify for the gift. She spoke to her manager and said whenever I’m in Woolworths I must let her know she will keep the gift for me as I literally purchased my skincare three days prior. I really appreciated that a lot because I felt it was fair but some places will say maam we cannot give it to you as it only began now. I really appreciate that and also I will always be buying my skincare specifically from Adelaide at the Rosebank Woolworths. She’s made a customer for life I’d like her as well as her manager to be acknowledged.
