Always a smile

Whenever I go into Woolies in Midlands Mall PMB - Jacob, who mans the door ALWAYS has a smile no matter time of day or week. He catches you as you leave the store to ask if you need your parking ticket validated and as i mentioned above always with as smile and wishing a good day further - what an asset to Woolies he is. Well done Jacob!
