All Tins damaged on shelf

I went to woolworths in the westways shopping centre, I could not find one tin of baked beans which wasn't dented and most of them had half of the labels removed. I have spoken to the manager a white gentleman there numerous times regarding this, he promises to remove them from the shelf but this never happens they just remain there. There is very little control and management at that store. Woolworths really needs to jack it up.
