ALL I want to do is settle my Woolworths account without their lack of interest!

I have tried settling my account with Woolworths for the past year, when I go to the branch to pay via debit card they tell me my account has been handed over and I need to phone Woolworths, when I phone the legal department I get no response and ALL I want to do is settle this account in order to move forward. Please can you guys send me a settlement letter and a HELPFUL person that will actually help me.
