ALL I WANT IS A PAID UP LETTER FROM WOOLWORTHS

You know I understand that we open these accounts and once you fully pay the account and request the service provider to send you paid up letter and close the account it's a mission , it is just so frustrating to have to beg for something due to you and that holds everything you want to do.
