Aircons out for more than a month & faulty lights

At the end of January I paid my account @ Woolworths in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.<br> On that particular day, the temperature was in excess of 35? C and the air conditioner was OUT OF ORDER.<br> The staff informed me that the air conditioner had broken down the previous day.<br> It was absolutely stifling inside the store with the only ventilation through the front door.<br> Some of the lights were also not working or had been turned off resulting in visibility being very poor.<br> I exited the store as fast as possible and actually felt ill after exiting.<br> Now a month later, I had the same experience as the air conditioner had still not been repaired.<br> It is absolutely shocking that customers are expected to support this store under these conditions.<br> What is even more despicable is that the staff are expected to work under these conditions.<br> Temperatures for the month of February have ranged from 30?C to 44?C.<br> It is absolutely shocking that the staff have been abused in this way.<br> With some of the lights also not being operational, the staff have to grope around in very poor visibility to perform their tasks.<br> Surely the Woolworths Management could have arranged for the repair of the ventilat
