Air Bubble and No flavor

Good day, So here I was with a s**** in my hand, eating my favorite Woolworths Soya butter when I came across this massive air bubble (at least 3-4 tables****s) at the bottom. There's just nothing. Looks like a full jar, but it isn't. And in comparison to the exact same product (I love it so much, I always have a few jars in my cupboard) this specific batch isn't sweet at all. I'm convinced there isn't honey in this batch at all. Really very dissapointed. This is one of the few foods from your store that I can eat, and then one gets ********** at the same time. Please sort this out, this was a really good product. Not okay.
