After paying still sitting in arrears

After over a year i have paid and closed the account IT STILL REFLECT AS I AM MORE THAT 6 MONTHS IN ARREARS. I HAVE TOOK MY TIME TO GET THIS CORRECTED 2020 ACCOUNTS IS THIS THE SAME yet was paid up in 2018 and closed. i have emailed and still no help. I DO NOT DESERVE THIS , ITS WRONG , ITS UNFAIR

why THE hell i am still in arrears for an account that is closed over a year ago!
