Advertising specials that are never actually available in store

Woolworths at the Wedge on Rivonia road has the worst stock level ever! As a customer, we are flooded with SMS's and emails about certain specials, but when you spend your time and petrol to get to the store, ALWAYS out of stock. I got the email/SMS about the 4 day deals and rushed out to get the chicken lasagne on special. Of course, the manager said... sorry no stock!!!!! So you send out bulk messages but don't check that you actually have what you're advertising!!! Shocking and frustrating!!!
