Advertised stock unavailable.

When specials are advertised they dont have stock on the shelves and do not provide a rain check. For us as pensioners this is very difficult as we can not go to the shop everyday to check the shelves. We are limited to 2 x a month because of the lockdown. Is there any way Woolworths can accommodate us? Thank you.
