Administration nightmare

I have app**** for a woolies card, two months down the line I still haven't received the physical card. Using the virtual card has become a nightmare. I now cannot buy from the apl**** and already active account because I have not received one. The app isnt also reliable, as it cannot activate the temporary virtual card...
