Admin problems

<p>I am worried that Woolworths Insurance (aka Auto&General) has been contaminated by the Dept of Home Affairs.When you are promised a modified schedule "in 5 minutes" - 4 days , 2 telephone calls and 1 email later I have still not received it. I'm beginning to think that my perception of service must be modified to fit in with the new norm.</p>
