Accusing email

I have got a claim pending against the credit proctection policy on my personal loan at Woolwoths financial Services. The completed claim form eith supporting documents have been submitted to Woolworths Insurance department. I had to use a local Internet cafe to scan the completed document to my email adress because my personal scanner was not working. I had other personal documents that I also needed to be scanned to my email and I have scanned these documents together with the completed Woolworths claim form at once as 1 document. It would have cost me quite a bit to have the woolworths document scanned seperately. I am in finacial difficulty at the moment and can not afford unneccasry expenses. I then on my personal computer at home manually split the woolworths claim form and forwarded the document to Woolworths. T0his was done on 02 March 2022. This morning I received the following email from the Woolworths Insurance department "Dear Mr Knoetze Thank you for your email. We have investigated and confirm that the Retrenchment claim form was not completed by yourselfs. Kindly find attached the claim form for completion and re-submit. Woolwoths Insurance dept. is accusing me that I did not complete the document myself I am taking exception with this. This implies to me being dishonest with a document that has got my personal signiture on it. It is to much effort for Woolworths department to pick up the phone and notify me of any issues with the documents sent, as I have asked in my email sending the documents, Rather send out accusing emails as the above. I will not tolerate false accusation from the Woolworths Insurance dept. I require a supervisor or person in charge to contact me personally, not via email. I will speak to my lawyer regarding false accusation and I will have this forwarded to the printed media and the NCC if I8 do9 not get personal tellephonic response from Woolworths Insurance dept.
