Accused of *****ing

<p>On the 16 July 2016 i went to Woolworth Clearwater to exchange 3 items that i bought for my son because the size i bought was small and i needed a bigger sizes</p> <p> </p> <p>It was on a surtaday morning, my wife , son and myself went there but my wife remained in a car because she was not feeling well and my son was sleeping.</p> <p>when i entered at woolworths i told the security at the door and i explained to him that i was there to exchange some items. then he said its fine i can go to customer service</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to take the cloths that i wanted and when i finnished i decided to buy 2 items for my wife and another jearsy for my elder son. then i went to the customer service to do the exchange and i also paid for extra cloths i added</p> <p> </p> <p>as soon as i left the door of the shop i was called by the security and i was already outside the door, then i didnt have a problem because as securities its their duties to search the parcels if they are suspecting something , but i didnt like the way they called me when i was already outside the shop and people were looking at the man that was followed and stnoped by a Starlion security and he took my plastik parcel,</p> <p> </p> <p>When we entered the shop, he went to his table next to the entrace , when he was about to check my parcel agaist the slip , a lady from their control room called on the intercom saying " bring him here at the back offices " then i was shcked and i asked the security where are we going to now, why can t you check the parcel and take me to the back office if there is some problem, the security was not talking to me, they took me to an empt office and it was myself and the security guy , remember my wife was sitting in the car waiting for me so that we can quicly go home and wait for my elderst some that was coming from school holidays</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited about 10 minutes, and i kept on asking the security on where is the person who is going to search my parcel, the securit told me to be petient and they will be back, that time i was tired of waiting and my wife was calling me to come back and i told her that i was arrested at woolworhs , she also came with a baby,</p> <p> </p> <p>before they came i stood up and went to the next door, i knocked and when they open the door the security lady who was with 2 other security guys, i think they were reversing the footages,when i asked them to please come and search me, the lady was shouting saying "'YEYI CLOSE THAT DOOR"again i felt so embarrased and humillated , then my wife came and there every body was there including the storemananger and other 3 manager.. people were looking at us</p> <p> </p> <p>when the called that lady to come and appologies, she was streaching her face and loughing at me and my wife,</p> <p> </p> <p>ive never been so embarrassed and humilated like this</p> <p> </p> <p>regards V</p> <p>VD Dlamini</p>
