Accounts and Invoicing Disaster
According to my mobile app at the time of placing orders it would not allow me to generate one order.
Nonetheless I was able to make my orders small and if I did not have sufficient credit I cannot imagine that I would have had my orders processed.
What’s even more mind boggling, is that I receive my Tax Invoices via email and there was NO notification that they were cancelled by Woolworths.
Not a call, text, email or any form of notification that my invoices was cancelled?
I work in accounts and would never send a client an Invoice and no form of cancellation thereafter.
An organisation who I pride myself of having an account with has surprised me with the lack of service in this regard?
So as a customer I await an order and literally if I did not enquire with a very lovely lady who had excellent customer service tone (unfortunately I did not get her name), I would not have known my orders which I have TAX INVOICES for would never arrive. She advised me to contact the necessary department and I would appreciate if Management resolves this utter sad disappointment.
I am deeply disappointed. It’s been an exceptionally tough year for many including myself and even if any late payment which I am certain many have gone through. I pride myself in ensuring that the one company that has wonderful products, class, service (I thought) would ensure they have their ducks in a row. I am absolutely devastated and it’s not my error. It is yours Woolies.
And ‘We are sorry for the inconvenience’ does not suffice, does not make the bitter taste in my mouth go away.
