I have been trying for nearly a month now to get my statements dating back to November 2015. I need to query some transactions that seem to have gone off my account that I dont agree with. I requested that my mode of communication should be email and I haven't gotten my statements since mid last year. I have called call center numerous times and they keep promissing I will get in 2 hours and this has happened over the past 3 weeks with nothing in my inbox. I have spoke to Lelethu, Lorraine, Lona, Cecil and some other consultants that I didnt take names down
