I paid R1200 to much on my account. They were not prepared to refund me. After one year of trying to negotiate with them decided last month to spend the money that was just lying there. Today I received a notice by SMS that if I do not pay the R45.59 I now owe them (amount include the card cost) then they will hand me over to a Collections Agency. <br> <br> This weekend I will close my account with Woolworths. I am done with this kind of attitude. One shop to definately stay away from.
