Account settlement

Such pathetic service. Called H/O to settle account and close it and I was given an amount and paid account in full and had to wait 48hrs to close account. A couple days later I called back to close account and I'm told that I still owe, the amount they gave was wrong.

Whose fault is it that you made a mistake? I called and asked for an amount and u decided to thumbsuck an amount? Now u just apologize, I want that account closed that's it.
