Account payments

Surely if you pay more than you should this is an advance for next month.<br> Every clothing store if you pay them more than the monthly billing it carries over to the next month.<br> How can you pay a R 1 000 and your monthly billing is R 346 than you get an sms telling that you are behind on payments but you paid more than the month before. I personally feel that this is a way for woolworths to make more money cause now they will bill you extra charges for late payment... but do they credit you to pay more than you should. If I knew this I would have never paid you in advance no where on your statement or on written place you state this. I found this out by phoning your accounts department. I think that all your customers has a right to know this ??? In writing that you don't accept advance payments ... and that we should only pay the amount payable not more ....this is really discussing
