Account paid up but refusing to provide paid up later

<p>I was offered a settelment by Daily corp on behalf of Woolworths I paid then receieved an sms stating I have to settel the full amount the next week I had paid the settelemnet When I called Daily corp I was told the matter was sent to Woolworth for write off. This payment was made in 2016/10/14. When I called about the paid up letter and update on credit bureau I was told that I must wait this takes about a month. Till now the update has not been done and the paid up letter not issued to me. I called Daily corp ********** I spoke to Adisha and I asked to speak to a manager she advised all the managers were to busy to take my call, ofcouse there would be busy I am not important now I have made the payment I would be called by by a manger I must leave my contact details. I have waited for two weeks noone has called me. No I am very upset and I need my paid up letter and for the profile to be updated.</p>
