Account paid off three years ago!!!

My account was paid off three years ago and Woolworths has handed me over to MBD attorneys. I then complained on Hello Peter and they sent me an email confirming that the account is closed. Now the calls have started up again. When is this going to end??? The lack of professionalisim in Woolworths is shocking
