ACCOUNT NOT CLOSED AND NO STORE CARD

I have paid up my account in 2019 in full and they have not sent me a paid up letter, this is affecting my credit score as it shows that i have not closed my account. If they dont want to close my account provide me with a store card because clearly you don't want to close my account
