Account not cleared even after numerous emails of paid up letters

I had a credit card with woolies and i paid it up via MBD credit solutions i then found out later after a year that i stil appear in ITC i called MBD n they sent me a paid up letter of which now 2yrs down the line iam stil appearin n now iam being called by blakes associates and i sent them proof aswel and nothing got cleared iam stil on ITC.my name is mercia matshinge ********** 582082 cell no ********** 090
