Account limit increase denied

I have an account with WFS and they opted to implement an automatic limit increase which I did not ask for. I had then gone to request a limit increase and I was told that it cannot be done due to the automatic increase implemented on my account. In the correspondence with them I was told that I opted for the automatic increase which in my knowledge I do not recall. I had asked to be furnished with proof that I opted for such and it never came through. My problem is they implemented an automatic increase on my account which now is blocking my request to implement increase I want. <br> <br> I need WFS to prove to the that I authorised the automatic increase and it does not make sense to be ignored.
